I had never really given this much thought until I came across this blog post this morning. Personally I have always rolled with the front to back method. Helps me to avoid things like “crappy balls” which although it’s something I have never experienced it doesn’t sound pleasant.
There are a lot of different techniques discussed. I think I am going to have to try the sitting backwards method at least once. A nice spot to rest my book or my head, what could be better?
