and then there is really fucking scary. I think this story falls under the really fucking scary category. When I see a person in a police uniform, with a badge and a gun I assume the person has been properly trained to handle such items.
According to this story a police department can hand any joe schmoe a badge and a piece and put him out on the street for one to two years before they have to send him to the Police Academy.
As a basic precaution to society could we at least put some yellow arm bands or something on these cops without any proper training?
