Police in Mexico City have developed an interesting to new program to get guns off the street. They will begin trading computers and Xbox’s for old guns.
A few months ago they took all the guns away from Tijuana Police officers and they didn’t shit. Now they are handing out electronics to any gang banger off the street. They have amazing beaches but it is still a crazy ass country.
