For some people back to back DUI arrests would be enough but not for 53 year old Deana Jarrett. She had to go and set the bar just a little higher. After getting arrested for DUI on 4/10 Deana was again pulled over and arrested on 4/11 with the highest blood alcohol level reading ever recorded in the state of Washington.
For those of you hoping to compare scores she blew a 0.47 or about 6 times the state limit of 0.08. Obviously she was just trying to have a couple of drinks and feel better about the previous days arrest

If that had happened before my DUI, I bet they would have let me off…
Prosecutor: “Your honor, this man only blew a .12, and was wholly cooperative with police. What’s more, he did not have a prior DUI the day before. In fact, he never had been arrested for anything before in his life!”
Judge: “Case dismissed!!”
