Rights group sues Boeing over CIA transfers

May 31st, 2007 by Mitch Martin · No Comments · 2 Views

America is going to hell in a hand basket.

The ACLU said it would file a lawsuit against Jeppesen Dataplan Inc., a Boeing unit that provides flight and logistics support to plane operators, later on Wednesday.

I did some Google research on Jeppesen Dataplan Inc. They don’t even fly planes. They allow anyone from the military to commercial airlines to joe blow to get up to date weather information, plan flight routes and file flight plans online. I scoured the website and couldn’t find any mention of a policy stating that you had to have your cargo approved by Jeppesen before you could use their services.

This is the kind of backward ass logic that would allow MADD (Mothers Against Drunk Driving) to sue Ford after a drunk driver killed someone while driving a Ford Focus.

If Ford hadn’t built the Focus then the drunk ass wouldn’t have been able to drive it and kill someone.

If Jeppesen hadn’t allowed the CIA to plan their route and file a flight plan they wouldn’t have been able to fly detainees to torture sites.
