The most exciting weekend in technology history has come to a close with the sale of 700,000 Apple iPhones. That is f-ing staggering considering the phone came with no plan discounts and was only offered on one carrier. The iPhone already outsold the first MONTH of RAZR sales, i.e. the former bestselling cellphone in history. Looks like I should have purchased that Apple stock after all. I wonder if Steve Ballmer feels like an idiot now for laughing at the concept of an Apple phone back in January when it was announced.

I don’t think I will be making the purchase. I am pretty firmly entrenched on the “wait for the 2nd generation to be released” side of the fence.
