I came across this site last night and although it is simple it is still kind of cool. It gauges your reaction time and determines if you would be able to react quick enough to hit a 90 MPH fastball from a major league pitcher. It doesn’t tell you if you have enough coordination to connect the bat to the ball just if your brain and muscles respond quick enough to allow you to swing the bat in time.
I don’t want to toot my own horn but I scored a 0.16 reaction time. That’s a home run.
NOTE: Yes that is our main man Boggs over there on the right.
