Well there was some shenanigans at the fine castle the Hank, Honcho and I call home yesterday. By shenangins I mean some son of bitch broke into our house and stole my MacBook. Fuck I loved that computer. The asshole(s) crowbared open our front window and then crowbared the metal security bars behind it right out of the fucking wall. My MacBook was sitting on the kitchen table just inside said busted ass window. Hank’s lady friend happened to be hanging out upstairs at the time, heard a crash and yelled my name because I had been home for lunch 5 minutes before. So luckily they only got the MacBook (with power supply) and they didn’t decide to investigate the female voice.
The bitch of the whole thing is that the drapes were closed on that window and you can’t see any other electronics from the other windows in the house. So it was either an inside job or our buddy KU is right that it was random based on the fact that we are an end unit and the place next door is for sale making it potentially empty.
If you are thinking “Well renters insurance will cover it.” Let’s just say I am a day late and a laptop short on that one. That’s my fault. Lesson learned. So if you happen to be checking out Craigslist Seattle and come across a black 13.3” MacBook with just a power supply I would appreciate it if you would let me know.

Mitch, did you notice any tree limbs or leaves stuck into those bars? If so, I may have a lead on who might be the perp.
Inside job? I would investigate said buddy KU.
Anyone know if Almberg was in town this week?
Ooooohh! That’s a burn!
Lexington: There were not branches left about. It was a clean crowbar job.
I was surfing the internet Monday afternoon during my break, and found your blog by searching MSN for bong parts. This is a topic I have great interest in, and follow it closely. I liked your insight on very much, but I don\’t quite aggree with everything you said. However it is still good reading, and makes some good points. Keep up the good work…
