I am thinking that this is probably a Photoshop job but it is still pretty funny. Where do you authorize public fisting in a town? I am guessing you wouldn’t throw this thing up next to the jungle gym or the community pool. If this town is going to allow public fisting I wonder what other sort of behavior you can get away with inside the city limits.
