I know, it sounds ridiculous, but it’s completely true. A public artist in Florida built an apartment in a mall parking garage.
Using cinder blocks and modest construction materials, he managed to segment off an unused area by a storage room. He and friends occupied it off and on for 4 YEARS until the guy was found out. Unbelievable. The photo to the right is really of the guys inside the apartment.

That is pretty sweet. Nothing like a rent free joint for 4 years.
