Subheading: Why Denmark is So Awesome
A recent research study in Denmark has made the outlandish, but really exciting claim that a few drinks a week (1 a day for women, up to 2 a day for men) may be so beneficial to your health, that they may be used in place of some exercise.
Before you get too excited, no one is saying that there is a formula or a direct ratio (1 beer = 20 min. on the treadmill for example). But the main gist of the article is that exercise is great, and a few drinks are great, but when used IN CONJUNCTION, they were amazingly beneficial! In fact, in many cases,if you have to choose between the two, alcohol may be the better choice.
Translation, work out, then go get drunk. Or if you can’t do both, it’s martini time. Make room for checking out TastyBooze somewhere in there, though…

Does this mean I can just have a beer with breakfast instead of going to the gym in the morning?
Best news ever! I felt like I wasted my workout on Friday by going out after and getting d-runk. Obviously, I knew what i was doing!
