Slowly the U.S. Treasury is going through the different dollar bills and giving them a makeover. We’ve all seen the progression from the $100, $50, $20 and $10 bills - the introduction of new colors, cool anti-thievery shit, security tape, watermarks, etc.

Well, the $5 bill finally got the “Queer Eye for the Straight Guy” treatment - featuring purple! Abe Lincoln is probably rolling over in his grave, I don’t think the color purple was even invented back in his day. What are the Luniz doing these days? They definitely need to come up with a remix of “I Got 5 On It,” in tribute to the new bill.

Soon we’re going to have all sorts of different colors in our wallets. I can’t wait to see what they come up with for the $1 and $2 bills, hopefully something shiny so they stand out in the strip club. Not to mention, when people actually make it rain, it’ll look like a rainbow. Now that’s going to be tight!
