The whole upskirt photo thing has never really been my bag but you don’t have to look very hard on the great world wide web to find entire websites devoted to it. Thanks to the Oklahoma Court of Criminal Appeals female residents of the state might want to think twice before they wear a skirt out into public.

Riccardo Gino Ferrante was arrested back in 2006 for kneeling down and taking a picture up a 16 year old’s skirt in the middle of a Target store. His conviction was overturned by a 4 to 1 vote because the statute he was convicted under requires that the victim be “in a place where there is a right to a reasonable expectation of privacy.”

Don’t we put clothes on because they provide us with reasonable privacy in regards to our junk? I don’t wear pants because they are comfortable. I would love to be able to catch a nice afternoon breeze on my ball sack but I don’t want every sicko out there having free access to my goods so I pants up.

Basically if you wear a dress or skirt in Oklahoma your vagina has no privacy. Any dipshit with a camera phone can take a picture up your dress and there is nothing you can do about it. Ladies of Oklahoma if you decide to wear a dress you better keep your head on a swivel. You can bet every horny teenager in Oklahoma is going to be looking to put their camera phone to use.
