A kid from Vancouver, Wash., didn’t follow the lead of his friend who ducked and ended up taking a butter knife to the head. The two kids were playing at a park, when some other kids were nearby and slung a butter knife at the two kids. The first ducked, the second wound up with the butter knife stuck in his head, between the scalp and the skull.
The 11-year-old boy needed surgery, but it wasn’t too bad, only five stitches. Judging by the interview on the TODAY show, there might have been some brain damage, but that could have been a pre-existing condition.

Based on the outline of his face he looks a little chunky.
Maybe he was just eating too fast jabbed the knife through his skull.
