If you are going to try to burn someone based on their reading skills you should probably make sure that your spelling skills are up to snuff.

A woman in the UK accidently parked her car in a posted no parking zone because she was in a hurry to catch a train. When she returned she found that her tires had been slashed and the above message had been left on her car. Apparently this was the second car that was hit with the exact same poorly written message after parking in that spot so it sounds like there is a serial dumbass armed with a can of spray paint on the loose.
