Maybe it was a lame April Fools joke yesterday, but I was fed some misinformation about the performance order and song selection. Instead of singing “Two Doors Down,” which is my new favorite Dolly Parton song, Kristy Lee Cook choose “Coat of Many Colors.”
Her performance wasn’t anything special, but again, KLC was looking hot in this brown dress and sporting the barefoot look. The judges weren’t overly positive and Simon stated that her performance last week was still her best. KLC awkwardly professed her love for Simon and blew him a kiss, which just seemed kind of weird/dirty/creepy.
With only the top 9 left, KLC will likely be in the bottom three this week, hopefully she’s sticking around for another week though! I have a feeling a girl is going home, between Ramiele Malubay, Syesha Mercado, Brooke White and Kristy Lee. Here’s the video of here performance last night:
