Secretive U.K. graffiti artist Banksy managed to paint a three story tall piece of art commenting on the CCTV cameras that blanket Britain underneath CCTV cameras. The work shows a boy on a ladder (yeah, that is not him) painting the message while a police officer and dog look on from below. Banksy managed to pull off the work under the cover of darkness and plastic all while being directly underneath the eye of CCTV cameras. Congratulations on your massive balls, sir. Congratulations.
