A U.K. band called The Get Out Clause couldn’t afford a proper camera crew to make a music video so they travelled to over 80 locations around Manchester and played for the CCTV cameras. Once they were done they sent Freedom of Information Act requests to all of the companies running the cameras. They ran into a number of companies that claimed they had “deleted” the footage but they were still able to get video from about 20 different locations which was enough to make their video.
