Man Charged With DWI on Cruzin Cooler

by Baba Ganoush on June 5, 2008

The Man has struck again. Although TastyBooze was originally all over the Cruzin Cooler a couple months ago, we suggested driving it to parties, not home from them.

Well, that’s what Leslie J. “Bomber” Marr did over the Memorial Day Weekend. After having a couple beverages, he was seen cruisin’ on top of his Cruzin Cooler in Whitehall, New York. Marr was weaving “pulled over” because he was driving on the sidewalk. Although he refused to take a breathalyzer at the scene, Marr faces DWI charges:

Leslie J. “Bomber” Marr, 57, could face felony DWI and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle charges because of prior arrests and convictions in drinking-and-driving cases, said Whitehall Police Chief Richard LaChapelle. … Marr was charged with misdemeanor counts of DWI and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and also was cited for operating an uninsured motor vehicle.

More importantly, the cooler had 14 beers left in it, which was confiscated by the police. Bullshit! Obviously, Marr was on the way to get the party started!

I think that is bullshit. The guy was on the sidewalk for fucks sake. It’s not like he was one of those dipshits driving his riding lawn mower down the middle of the street.

You know the cops drank those 14 ice cold beers.

uninsured vehicle? how the hell could you get insurance on one of those things? that would be an awkward conversation with Geico…

“So, um, are you planning on using this for, you know, actual transportation?”

“You never know!”
