Here in the U.S. guys with small dicks compensate by buying ridiculously big trucks however it appears that at least one guy in Spain is a little more creative. Jaime del Val wanders the streets projecting his junk onto the sides of public buildings. He says that projecting his cock and balls on the side of a building is a “means of power”. He can call it whatever he wants but judging from the NSFW photo after the jump he’s definitely compensating for something.
