It seems to me that there are more and more chucklehead drivers out on the road today. Every time I get behind the wheel someone cuts me off, pulls out in front of me going 20 MPH slower than I am or comes to a dead stop trying to merge onto the freeway. As a result I’ve been having a real hard time deciding how I want to express my feeling toward these ass clowns. My lady friend likes to go with the sarcastic thumbs up which is nice but how does the douchebag know you are being sarcastic? Most other people I know like to go with the “WTF!?” arms up in the air move or the tried-and-true middle finger.
I decided to take it upon myself to develop a new gesture, a hybrid if you will, and call it the “TUFU” which is short for “Thumbs up, Fuck you.” It combines the sarcasm of the thumbs up with the unmistakable message of the middle finger. Basically, you give the offending driver a thumbs up and then after a slight pause you extend your middle finger. You don’t rotate the hand, the middle finger stays horizontal. It says to the other driver, “Hey nice job pal…..you fuckin’ douchebag!” If you are having trouble picturing this revolutionary gesture check out the diagram below.
Next time some prick almost side swipes you because he couldn’t bother to check his mirrors drop a “TUFU” on him. If he comes at you from the HOV lane on the left drop a goofy “TUFU” on his ass.
I think this thing has the potential to sweep that nation. If you snap a shot of yourself dropping the “TUFU” on some douchebag send it in with a brief description and we will post it.

I call it the “thumbs up. Not” Move. I first give the thumbs up and say “thumbs up.” After a brief pause, extend the middle finger and say “not”. It kills em every time. You can’t come back at a “thumbs up. Not”. Go ahead, try to come back.
