Really!? No, I mean really!? Who had the bright idea to put an anatomically correct lady giving birth to a baby on a cake? The candy woman has a bush for fucks sake. I have to imagine that any woman that received this cake would be absolutely horrified. I think this cake is easily worse than the 2 girls 1 cup cake.
