This is the automotive equivalent of having “I’m an asshat” tattooed on your forehead.
Spike has a great list of the seven worst ways you can modify your ride. While Truck Nutz made the list they were not the winner of the “asshat” crown. As you can probably guess from the picture that honor went to the most ridiculous of all do-it-yourself car modifications, the bolt on spoiler.
Sure at speeds of well above 110 MPH a spoiler can provide down force to help keep the ass end of your car stuck to the ground while you are going through curves. However in your daily driver that might hit 85MPH and sounds like a poorly tuned weedeater that ridiculous spoiler is nothing but dead weight that slows your “The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift” wanna-be ass down.
