Epic. Common Sense. Fail.

by Mitch Martin on October 23, 2008

Common sense would tell you that it’s never a good idea to pull out anything that even remotely looks like a gun when you are dealing with the police.

This chucklehead, a definite Darwin Award candidate, pulled out a toy gun and started waving it around while an officer was trying to arrest him. He ended up learning the hard way that a real gun trumps a toy gun every time.

@dirty dodger

Yeah if you listen closely the anchor says that he suffered 12 wounds from 11 shots.

He must have fucked with the #1 gunner in the department.

Stupid scumbag cop. Thats just the kind of cop I love to hear about in the news that takes a buellet to the head in the line of duty. Couldnt happen to a nicer scumbag!

It’s sad, it’s stupid, it’s hilarious, and it’s the unfunniest thing I’ve heard of in a long time. You gotta think about that cop. Next time someone pulls a gun out on him, is he going to hesitate? Is he going to stop to make sure it’s a toy gun while the crook is getting him in his sights? Geez… this was bad for everyone involved. Worse, definitely for the guy, but still bad for the cop.
