No seriously look at the picture, I’m talking about an actual fucking muppet.
The problem is that the speed cameras in Germany are setup to photograph drivers in left hand drive vehicles. This muppet is actually riding shotgun in a British car which as you can see puts the driver in the right side of the car out of view.
This is obviously a well thought out plan by a pretty clever bastard. He has been photographed multiple times around the Bavarian city of Bayreuth always with his muppet sidekick.
Despite the fact that the fuzz have a clear shot of his plates the authorities say that they also have to have a clear picture of the driver before they can take action.
