As an Oktoberfest veteran, I can attest to how easy it is to get very drunk very early. But not 11:30am, the beerhalls don’t even open til 10 or so. This skinny Italian doofus is drunk enough that a tiny grass hill seems to be a completely insurmountable task. It’s a safe bet that this guy is not a ninja.
