I think he looked meaner in the before picture. I have a shitload of tattoos, but any sane person should understand that face tattoos are a no-no. I guess “sane” is the key word though.
It’s nice that at least he has something to distract from the thinning hair line…
He was probably deprived of oxygen at birth.
