If you are looking to upgrade from a basic hands free device to something with a few more features you’re probably going to want to check out the Cell-Mate. As the product page states:

Seriously, why walk around looking like a normal douche with a bluetooth headset that uses confusing signal technology and always needs recharging when you can walk around with the Cell-Mate and look like a mega-douche.
I can’t find anything on the site about how this attaches to the phone but this looks like a gigantic pain in the ass. If the first person you call doesn’t answer you somehow have to get this contraption off your head, find the next person you want to call and then get it back on your head. Yeah, that doesn’t sound like it would be a distraction while driving at all.
