“American Idol” is switching things up this year. The details of the whole show/contest I’m sure are irrelevant to many people, especially the straight men who watch the show to check out the hot female contestants (read: Casey Carlson). Each week for three weeks, 12 contestants will perform with the top girl and top guy, along with the next highest vote getter, will advance. This gives you a field of 9 contestants. The remaining 25 contestants will enter a battle royal wild card show for the final three spots in the top 12.
I know that’s confusing.
What you need to know is that Casey Carlson will be performing for her future in three weeks. Her performance this week was a little shaky and wasn’t her best, so we know that she can do better. Stay tuned.
