Washington State QB Marshall Lobbestael was recently arrested by the boys in blue over in Pullman, WA. The cops are saying that they found Lobbestael passed out in a car in the police station parking lot with a grocery bag of puke between his legs. The folks over at CougFan are saying that’s all bullshit and that Lobbestael was simply asleep in the police station parking lot with a bag full of MacD’s leftovers between his legs.
Lobbestael was charged with “a minor exhibiting the signs of having consumed alcohol,” which is a bullshit, subjective charge to begin with. I could be charged with “exhibiting the signs of having consumed alcohol” from 6:00 a.m. until about 8:00 a.m. when I get my first sips of coffee in the morning.
I’m a die hard Cougar football fan but I do have a problem with this whole thing. What the fuck was Lobbestael doing in the police station parking lot in the first place!? As a general life rule you should avoid police station parking lot unless you are required by the police to be there.
UPDATE: My buddy KU who might secretly be a CougFan moderator had this to add. “Apparently he had his buddy (who had not been drinking) drive him down to the police station to pick up his girlfriend. He fell asleep in the truck while waiting (the buddy went to grab food) and the cops found him.”
Okay, well now I want to know why the girlfriend was at the police station.
