All I wanted to do yesterday, for my birthday, was cook some motherfucking corn beef. The bastard had been sitting in brine in the fridge since Tuesday and 45 minutes after I got it on the stove the power went out. Talk about some bullshit. I ended up having to finish cooking it later at night so I guess the plus side is I have some delicious corn beef waiting for me at home tonight.

I thought I would see pictures of corned beef, I was somewhat disappointed.
