Put down your keys and fire up your internet machine because it’s booze buying time. i-booze.com lets you order beer and wine online and then delivers it right to your door. Not only do they deliver it to your door but they do it within an hour of your order. Shit, you could call from the bar at a quarter to one and have booze waiting at your door when the cab drops you off from the bar. Where was this service 4 years ago when every Friday and Saturday night ended with an impromptu after hours party? Before I get everyone’s hopes up too high I should say that currently i-booze.com is only operating in the greater Seattle area.
Sure their prices are a little higher than the grocery store but they need to make a living too. Besides when you weigh the extra couple of bucks on a half rack against a $10k DUI the choice is pretty easy. I haven’t had the opportunity to try the service myself and I live outside their delivery area but if you’re in need of booze this weekend I think you’d be an idiot not to have these guys hook you up.
