James Matthew Lee come on down! Mr. Lee showed up to court for his DUI hearing with a blood alcohol level of .33 or about four times the legal limit. He managed to one up Joseph T. Longfellow who had held the award for a little over a year after registering a .32 at his own DUI hearing.
I understand wanting to take the edge off before your big day in court but tying on a .33 is just fucking ridiculous.

To even get that high, the guy has to not just drink a lot, but he basically has to be an alcoholic. Once you get upwards of 0.12 and above [real numbers not trumped up numbers like the police use] someone has to have saturated blood, meaning they drink so much and so often their liver can’t process it.
