When I first heard a short excerpt from Eminem’s Relapse I was initially excited. It sounded like the good ol’ days with Dr. Dre and without the farting noises. Unfortunately, the first two singles from the new album have left me disappointed - “Crack A Bottle” seems like a waste of 50 Cent and Dr. Dre. Now “We Made You” is back to the ridiculous Eminem…making fun of celebrities and rapping about nothing - although the song has a sick chorus. Hopefully this is just an attempt to get broad attention for the album release on May 19 - but I’ll withhold my final verdict until I hear the whole thing.
I thought Asher Roth was an Eminem-wannabe… but now, I’m starting to like Roth’s impersonation of Eminem more than the real thing.

That Asher Roth song about college makes me want to kill anything within my reach. It’s the most retarded, useless thing I have ever heard. And I have a good friend who blasts Harry Connick Jr. in the car.
