It’s Friday afternoon and everyone is thinking the same thing: Happy Hour! The Stranger has finally produced something that I’m interested in! They created a Seattle-focused Happy Hour application for the iPhone, The Stranger’s Cocktail Compass. The application launches and uses your current location to find bars nearest you and lists how much time is remaining in their happy hour. You can also go to the list of all the bars in Seattle, if you’re feeling a little adventurous and want to try something lame new.
After happy hour, you can use another feature on the application, the final “Cabs” tab, to call either Yellow or Orange Cab to pick your drunk ass up and take you either home (probably a good idea) or to another bar with a later happy hour (probably an even better idea).
