Maybe not the best opening salvo if you’ve just been pulled over for swerving and you’ve got an open pint of Mr. Boston vodka sticking out of your purse.
The 48-year-old Ms. Menard was pulled over after a concerned citizen called police to report that her car was swerving over the center line. An officer waited along the road and then followed Ms. Menard witnessing the same behavior before pulling her over.
Ms. Menard pulled out another gem when she asked the officer if he would “be her friend and tell her if she should take the (Breathalyzer) test.”
Talk about bush league. I’d expect a little more savvy from a lady that was staring her fourth DUI arrest in the face. You’d think that she would have learned a thing or three from past experiences and not acted like a 17-year-old that just got busted with a bottle of Boones Farm.
