Looks like Jeffersonville City Council attorney, Larry Wilder, knows how to go out and tie one on. A client’s limousine dropped Walker off last night and his neighbor found him in the garbage can this morning. Not surprisingly Walker says that he doesn’t remember much after getting out of the limo.
