Cheney Mason an attorney from Florida is defending Nelson Ivan Serrano a man that is accused of killing four people across two states. Cheney went on Dateline and opened his pie hole offereing a million dollars to anyone that could prove that Serrano was able to travel across the two states according to the timeline that the prosecution had put together.
Well one recent law school graduate in Texas decided to take Mason up on his offer. He video taped his trip and actually pulled it off in less time than the prosecution had alleged. As you can probably imagine Dustin Kolodziej, our enterprising law grad, wants his million bucks but not surprisingly Mason doesn’t want to pay up. Kolodziej is taking Mason to federal court to get his money and Mason is claiming the whole thing was a joke so he doesn’t have to pay.
I don’t know shit about the law, especially contract law, so I don’t know whether Kolodziej has a legit case or not but I think Mason should pay up. I mean if you’re going to go on national TV and boast about your big swinging dick than you should have to pay up when someone calls you out on your small prick.
