Next Tuesday night (7/28) the guys behind the World Series of Beer Pong will be rolling through town and holding a satellite tournament with the grand prize being free entry into the World Series of Beer Pong in Las Vegas.
The tourney is a little south of Seattle proper in the bustling metroplis of Kent, WA at Gonzos Bar & Grill. Registration is $20 in advance and $25 at the door with the pong balls starting to fly at 8 p.m.
It looks like J Diggles, Baba Ganoush and myself will be showing up to compete. Although it would appear that we are going to need to find a fourth if we are going to be fielding two teams. I’m a little rusty but now is a good as time as any to get back into the game. I’m going to have to start an impromptu beer pong game at the wedding reception I’ll be attending Saturday night to squeeze in a little practice.
If you’re in the general Seattle area get some friends together and we’ll see you across the cups next Tuesday night.
