You’d think if you’re a man in his early 50’s that has racked up 21 DUI arrests in your day you’d start to slow down. Maybe for arrest 22 you only blow a 0.09 or a 0.11. Well you’d be wrong.
Police in New Mexico arrested this DUI all-star on Monday night on his 22nd DUI offense. He was taken to the hospital where a blood draw showed he was rolling with a .393 BAC or about 5 times the legal limit.
I know I joke about these situations but how is this chucklehead still out on the fucking road? Maybe we should start a program where any chronic DUI offender is just given a fucking bumper car that can only go 6 MPH and has to travel in the bike lane. Then they can Sunday-drive their drunk asses around all they want without really endangering anyone except maybe small animals that wander into the bike lane. That has to be cheaper than all the costs associated with arresting them same assclown 22 times.

I live in New Mexico and this has been on every news channel the past few days. What I wanna know is how the fuck does this guys still have his license? A friend of mine told me that if you’re illegally in the country they can’t hold you for more than 3 days for a DUI,wether or not that’s true I’m not sure but if it is,that NEEDS to be changed because of assholes like this.
