I’ve done my fair share of drinking and while I wouldn’t say I’m an expert I would say that I’m at least an authority on the subject. That’s why I think it’s pretty safe to say that if you blow a 0.41 BAC and then try to steal a cop car you’ve probably had a few more than just a “a couple of cups” of beer.
I will say that you can color me impressed with the fact that the 0.41 BAC was posted by a 20-year-old boozer. This bastard isn’t even legal in the game and he’s already got his sights set on the top. However drinking is a marathon not a sprint so this guy might want to slow things down before he burns out early and ends up drinking bad coffee and smoking cigarettes in AA.
Deputies where trying to bust up an underage drinking party at a house when this 20-year-old boozehound came stumbling out of a nearby cornfield. He admitted to drinking so the deputies put him the in the back of a squad car. A few minutes later the deputy heard the squad car’s alarm going off and found that this drunkard had climbed into the front seat and was trying to make a getaway. The deputy gave the kid two breathalyzers with two different machines thinking there was a mistake because the kid blew a 0.41 BAC and then a 0.38 BAC respectively.
The kid is still trying to claim that the breathalyzers were inaccurate but I don’t think you can argue with two different units. At this point the guy just needs to step up and own the record that he has set.
