Trying to set the record for highest BAC is one thing but trying to set the BAC record and taking other drugs is just taking the game to another level.
The fuzz found Rafael Rivera in his car at a gas station after the station attendant called to report that a guy had been passed out in his car for the last twenty minutes. When they asked Rafael if he was drunk Rafael admitted he had taken “Xanax and Oxycodone and had five to six beers.” When the cops tried to remove Rafael from the car his eyes rolled back and he collapsed.
An ambulance ended up taking Rafael to the hospital where they found “opiates and cannabis in his system and had a .336 blood alcohol content.”
Seriously Rafael we all appreciate the effort but next time you’re looking to hit the .3-plus BAC range just stick to the piss and leave the pot and opiates for the hangover.
