Only in Florida would some assclown try to break back into jail and then sustain life threatening injuries while doing it.
Sylvester Jiles, 24, was released from jail on Friday and then showed up on Monday morning and begged the deputies to let him back in. Jiles told corrections officers that threats were made against his life and he wanted to get back into the jail for proctection. The corrections officers told him that they couldn’t let him back in but that they would call some other deputies out to investigate his claims.
Jiles apparently decided he didn’t have time for an investigation and took off at a dead sprint for the perimeter fence of the jail. He managed to climb the first fence dodging barbed wire and then ran for the second fence. He made it up the second fence but then fell off the fence and through three levels of razor wire that were on the other side. He was seriously injured and reportedly lost a lot of blood.
I understand this guy was obviously afraid for his life but what the fuck did he think three levels of razor wire were going to do to him? I wouldn’t fuck with a single level let alone three.
