I didn’t get a chance to watch the Oregon vs. Boise St. game last night but I’m definitely learning about Blount’s solid right hand this morning. Stupid Sports Blog (If you’re not regularly reading Stupid Sports Blog you fucking should be.) has the best analysis of the incident I’ve seen so far. I’m going to include a little bit of what he said here but click over and read the rest of his post.
Unfortunately for Hout, the desired effect of shaming Blount didn’t work. He stepped up to Hout and knocked him the f**k out, which according to man law for the ages, is not only an acceptable act of retaliation, it’s lauded.
That assclown on Boise St. got what he deserved. Maybe next time he won’t let his balls swell when he’s surrounded by 40 other guys that he thinks have his back.

How should he be lauded for that? He sucker punched the guy. Hit him when’s he looking… That’s what the man law should be.
It’s not Blount’s fault that Hout wasn’t looking because he was running for the safety and protection of his teammates at warp speed. He threw that punch as quick as a he could and he caught him square in the chin.
Hitting someone on the shoulder, insulting them and then trying to run away is about the most unmanliest thing you can do, other than douching your taint. Hence, he deserved the punch.
I would like to say thanks for the link, and it’s not a sucker punch when the guy you punch is still in the act of running his mouth.
I love you guys, but you’re WAY off base on this one. As a site from Seattle you should jump on the chance to crap on Oregon. Blount is a joke and a waste of talent. He talked trash all week and then acted like a baby instead of a man after the game. Had security not been rock stars at their job, Blount would be in a cell right now…because if he got into those stands he would have gone off Artest style. The dude is a punk and Oregon proves to be as classless as ever.
Hout was not running for cover his coach had to push him away, and Coach Peterson should bench the dumbass for at least two games for being a mouthy ass. Blount however is a total ass and I am glad his carrer is over, he has caused problems before and ran his mouth for a week before the game. His kind of temper tantrums have no place in the game. If he cannot take some verbal BS once in awhile he is to much of a pansy to play the game
Looks like Blount got what he deserved…suspended for the season.
