We all know that many young ladies see Halloween as a fantastic excuse to unleash their sluttiness for one night a year. As long as it is Halloween, dressing like a whore is totally acceptable and will not be looked down upon - except for by the other whorey-but-not-as-hot ladies. And I want to reiterate that there is nothing wrong with any of this. But no one can do a slutty Halloween like Paris Hilton can (probably because she has plenty of practice from every other night of the year). I just wonder what she will come up with this year.
