“Somebody’s really drunk driving down Granton Road,” she told the 911 dispatcher.
The dispatcher asked if the Strey was behind the drunk driver, to which she replied “No, I am them.”
The dispatcher asked, “Okay, so you’re calling to report you’re driving drunk?”
“Yes,” Strey said.
That’s just fucking brilliant. This lady must be hoping to win the title of “Craziest Floridian Ever.” I’m not trying to encourage or condone drunk driving but why would you call the cops on yourself. If you feel bad about your decision sleep it off and then go spend a few hours the next day volunteering at the local soup kitchen. Or voluntarily place your ass on your couch and spend the day watching football to help you forget about your poor decision making while under the influence of alcohol.
