We’ve all seen some funny photos of famous people when they were younger. They’re good for a chuckle, but it’s usually pretty easy to spot who it is. Recently we posted a tattoo that was dubbed the Ultimate Chick Repeller. Well, as the most tattooed TastyBoozer, I felt compelled to bring you yet another example of a tattoo that, while not as bad as the first, is simply not going to help with the ladies.

I guess the reasoning here is that this tat would make the ladies go, “Boy, I really want this guy to go for me, I better work hard not to be a bitch so he’ll trust me!” Well played, jackass.

This hilarious blog is called The “Blog” of “Unnecessary” Quotations and it consists of reader-sent-in pics of signs containing (you guessed it) unnecessary quotation marks. They’re not all necessarily grammatically incorrect, though almost all are, but they are all ridiculous, and many change the intended meaning of the sign with great results. When people think the quotation marks add emphasis, when really they do the opposite, hilarity ensues.

The examples below are some good ones, but there are hundreds more. Seriously, check it out.

Lately, I have been watching a lot of one of the funniest shows on TV right now, It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia. I just bought the 1st and 2nd seasons on DVD, and I’ve been laughing my ass off at the 3rd season as well.

For you fans of the show, you will recognize the McPoyle siblings in the picture below. They are the inbred, incestuous, milk-loving nemeses of the show’s protagonists.

Needless to say, their physical repulsiveness is a main part of why they are such funny characters. And I got to thinking, how much of this is makeup, lighting, etc. and how much of it is just, well, ugly actors? Turns out you might be surprised how normal these “uggos” look in real life.

I came across the above headline this morning and thought “Holy shit this is to good to be true!”. A story from Florida about a guy who was stabbed outside of a Mullet Festival? These kind of stories are the reason I created a series of posts titled “Floridians Are Crazy”. Riding this wave of excitement I decide I better Google the Mullet Festival and see what this thing was all about. I pictured lots of people sporting fantastic mullets, drinking Budweiser tall boys and if I was really lucky possibly a few camaros.

Imagine my disappoint when mulletfestival.com loaded up and I found out this festival has absolutely nothing to do with the “business up top, party in the back” haircut. In fact the festival is about an effing fish.

The Boggy Bayou Mullet Festival is a food, music, and arts & crafts festival that pays homage to the mullet, a bottom-dwelling fish that inhabits our local bayous.
